This degree offers specialised study in sports conditioning with one of the focuses being the management of injury (including pre-rehabilitation and the return to play). Supporting knowledge of sports conditioning and injury is related to the enhancement of performance and fitness amongst elite athletes and special populations through a range of practical skills. You will also be able to gain important additional qualifications in first aid, sports massage, gym instructing etc, which are great additions to your CV. Another important aspect of this course is the integrating of work placement opportunities within the delivery of the programme.
