On this course we will revel in the genre of children's literature and add to it by writing our own stories. We will read excerpts of wonderful novels and discover what makes them great. We will learn how children's literature is unique, how to write for different audiences, from young readers up to teenagers, how to formulate a plot and how to finish a project. By the end of the course you will: Have made an anthology of your own stories, Have a fully conceived novel project, Share your work with others, Be able to critically revise your own work, The course is designed to prompt writers in starting and developing stories for a young audience of readers.
