Pilates for Intermediates with Kirsten Bicat

This course is suitable for students with at least 6 months previous experience or if you would like to follow on from any physio treatment. It will allow you to build on what you have already learnt and move on to the next level of exercises. Pilates concentrates on strengthening your stomach muscles & increasing the strength & flexibility of your back through gentle, slow, precise movements. This promotes improved posture, toned muscles & body shape.
