It is suitable for people who want to learn the basics of these trades alongside the skills needed for daily life and work. You will cover: - Bricklaying - Carpentry/Joinery - Painting and Decorating - Construction Theory - Health and Safety - Work-related skills Functional skills of English',' maths and ICT are a key part of this course. Assessment is by internal tests. Entry Requirements: You should have a good school report. You will be interviewed and take partin a taster day before being offered a place on the course.
