You will study 6 units which may include: Investigating Travel and Tourism; The Business of Travel and Tourism; Marketing Travel and Tourism Products and Services; The UK as a Destination; Customer Service in Travel and Tourism; Long Haul Travel Destinations; Retail Travel Operations; Specialist Tourism; Tour Operations; Roles and Responsibilities of Holiday Representatives; Passenger Transport; Preparing for Employment in the Travel and Tourism Industry. Additional subjects currently studied are: City and Guilds Level 2 certificate in Introduction to cabin Crew; Spanish Entry 3 Double Award; City & Guilds Meet and Greet; City & Guilds Award in Worldwide Travel & Tourism destinations; City & Guilds Award in UK Travel &Tourism Destinations; City & Guilds Award in Travel & Tourism Support services; City & Guilds Award in Special Interest Holidays & Independent Travel. The course will include role plays, presentations, group work and the completion of practical tasks.
