To achieve the qualification candidates must achieve 55 credits; 31 credits from the mandatory units that cover Organise and deliver customer service, Understand the customer service environment, Understand customers and customer retention, Principles of business, manage personal and professional development and resolve customers' problems. You will then select a minimum of 15 credits from a range of optional units that best fit your job role. An assessor will help you to decide on the best units for you and your organisation. You will demonstrate competence by gathering evidence from the workplace observation, witness testimony and questioning.
