The Diploma contains units to help enhance the skills of the fitness professional, these include: Anatomy and Physiology; Principles of Exercise; Knowing how to support clients who take part in Exercise and Physical Activity; Planning and Instructing Gym-Based Exercise; Instructing health-related exercise and physical activity to children; and Instructing circuit training. You will also study Functional Skills in English and maths.
