Food Safety in Catering Award Level 3

This course is for those looking to move into supervision roles in catering with an advanced understanding of Food Safety. Candidates should have completed the Level 2 Food Safety in Catering - this course is also offered at Westminster Kingsway College. This course will involve the study of: the legislation, application and monitoring of good hygiene practice- temperature control- workplace and equipment design- waste disposal, pest control and personal staff hygiene- staff training- food safety management procedures- and food safety management tools.
