The BTEC Level 3 Diploma is equivalent to two A Levels. You will cover eight units over the two years. You will study six core units and two specialist units from the key areas of business for the 21st century. The compulsory units are: Exploring Business, Developing a Marketing Campaign, Personal and Business Finance, Managing an Event, International Business and Principles of Management. The remaining units are optional and include a range of areas such as: Recruitment and Selection Process, Management Accounting, Digital Marketing, Market Research, The English Legal System, Employment Law and Work Experience in Business.
