This course gives learners the opportunity to develop and demonstrate technical and wider sector-related knowledge to underpin competence in a management job role. Learners will be required to complete five mandatory units: -Manage Team Performance -Principles of People Management -Principles of Business -Principles of Leadership and Management -Manage Personal and Professional Development Then choose from a wide variety of optional units to gain the full qualification, some of these options are - Develop, Implement & Operational Plan - Discipline and Grievance Management - Conduct Quality Checks - Manage Business Risk - Deliver a Presentation - Recruitment Selection & Induction Practise - Manage a Budget - Encourage Innovation Learners will be assessed in the workplace, this means college attendance is not required. The assigned assessor will visit the learner and conduct professional discussions, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments necessary. Completing this framework means employees will be given the opportunity to have existing skills recognised and achieve a nationally-recognised Level 3 qualification.Learners can progress to a Level 4 Diploma in Management or job roles such as Manager, Head of Function, and Area Manager.
