Ideal if: you are looking for a highly specialist work-related qualification to prepare you for managerial responsibilities within the hospitality field. You'll need: five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and mathematics, or equivalent qualification. You'll learn: from a combination of practical and theoretical units including mandatory work experience/shadowing a large selection of roles. Modules will include, principles of supervising customer service, providing customer service in hospitality, events organisation and marketing.
