The Edexcel Level 3 National Certificate is a two year course that offers a focused qualification that provides a specialist work related programme of study that covers the key knowledge and practical skills required in the sporting world. The Level 3 Diploma in Sport is made up of units that help to build a specialised portfolio of work. There are no examinations and each unit is assessed in a modular format. The Diploma is equivalent to two A-levels and the subsidiary diploma is the equivalent to 1 A-level.
