Traineeship details Course Overview An eight week Traineeship programme that is tailor made to support young people, aged 16-24 who want to work, but would like extra help to gain an apprenticeship or a job. Traineeships will give you the opportunity to develop the skills and work experience that employers require for your long term career development. Our programme will give you the confidence, skills and experience to compete in the labour market with more experienced adults. Classroom Training - 3 weeks Content will include: Programme Induction Understanding Customer Service Self-management skills Job Searching – various Apprenticeship vacancies available Complete an Application Form Interview Techniques & CV Writing Preparing for you Work Placement English & Maths Support Work Placement – 5 weeks Industry sectors – Business Administration / Childcare / Customer Service / Grounds Maintenance / Hospitality / Retail We work closely with a number of committed and supportive employers that can provide you with valuable and vital experience. More importantly, it will provide you with the opportunity to reach your personal best as well as provide an exciting starting point in your career. What will you achieve?
