There is lots of night and weekend work, so you will need to be dedicated, enthusiastic and full of energy, you will also benefit from the added flexibility that working shifts can provide. This is one of the biggest industries in the country, spanning restaurants, hotels, cafes, bars and other catering providers. Public services, large companies and department stores all need canteen and catering staff too.
