Decision making to improve marketing performance 4.Decision making to improve operational performance 5. Decision making to improve financial performance 6. Decision making to improve human resource performance There is a significant emphasis on using quantitative mathematical methods to analyse data in order to suggest strategies for business scenarios. In the second year you will build on that solid knowledge-base with another four learning topics based around the idea of strategic decision making: 1. Analysing the strategic position of a business (A-Level only) 2. Choosing strategic direction (A-Level only) 3. Strategic methods: how to pursue strategies (A-Level only) 4. Managing strategic change (A-Level only)
