Psychology students enjoy the topics we study and say they are very interesting and relevant to understanding their own lives and the people around them. Psychology is a science and develops practical research skills as well as requiring essay writing skills and the development of complex arguments. It therefore compliments both science and arts subjects. It also involves using mathematical skills to analyse complex data through statistics.
