Open to anyone over the age of 20 who has completed a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills. This course will build upon previous learning, will further develop and enhance counselling skills and self awareness. Several Saturdays and Sundays are involved in this course. Please note timetable details have not yet been confirmed. The above is for illustrative purposes and indicates the frequency of weekends along with the weekly sessions which run during an evening or day time for 3 hours each week during term time.This course is for those who have successfully completed a level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and wish to further develop the learning gained and who wish to pursue a career in counselling.It is also for those who use counselling skills in a variety of settings, working in areas like education, health and social care, the voluntary sector,in industry and commerce and anyone with an interest in developing their communication skills, self awareness and personal development.Please note this course does not qualify you as a counsellor.
