If you are lacking direction and want to take part in an active course to help give you the confidence to enter work or continue your studies then this is the course for you. The Team programme is a 12-week personal development course, where a team of up to 16 people will take part in a variety of challenges including sourcing and carrying out a community project, team challenges, fundraising, CV writing, mock interview techniques and developing presentation skills. As part of the course you will enhance and develop team building skills which will assist you in every area of your life and also complete a work placement to prepare you for employment. While on the programme you will take the following qualifications: Prince's Trust Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills at Entry 3 to Level 1, Basic Food Hygiene at Level 1 and the opportunity to achieve Emergency First Aid.
