You will need a higher than average level of fitness and it is advisable you have had some first aid training. You should have good prior knowledge of tree species. If you wish to use your own climbing equipment then this is at the discretion of the instructor and it must have all the current LOLER certificates. Students should note that the course cost does not include the assessment fee. The assessment fee is paid direct to the awarding body.
