On this course you will learn how to prepare and cook low cost meals that are healthy and tasty, build your confidence and save money .To have an awareness about any medical conditions which can be improved by changing your diet. Also have an understanding how to manage your condition from a dietary point of view. You will gain experience of shopping facilities, follow a simple recipe and plan and prepare a nutritious meal for two.
