Who is the course for? Traineeships are designed to support young people to develop the skills and workplace experience they need to gain apprenticeships or other sustainable employment. What can it lead to? An apprenticeship, further education or employment. You may expect an exit interview or a guaranteed interview for a Harrow College Apprenticeship. What will I study? The core content of traineeships will be a high quality, extensive work placement to improve your employability skills, work preparation training and an opportunity to improve English and Maths through Functional Skills. There will also be a chance to infill to vocational classes.
