To enable learners to understand the principles of the different elements of yoga.To work within the learners own capabilities and give learners the confidence to practice at home. Learning Goals (by the end of the course you will be able to) Perform a number of yoga postures to your own ability. Practice yoga breathing and be aware of its uses.
