It is suitable for anyone who is having difficulty in everyday life; is caring for someone who is having difficulty or is interested in mental health, mental health conditions and paths to recovery.This course consists of 3 half day workshops over 3 weeks, looking at the what we can do to improve our well-being including: ??? The research that underlies these paths to wellbeing. ??? Understanding why wellbeing is important to us ??? the benefits. ??? 5 ways to wellbeing ??? Connecting, taking notice, giving, being active, keep learning. ??? Opportunities to discuss each of the 5 ways and identify how you can work towards improving your wellbeing in each of the areas.
