This is a modern and highly- relevant specification which leads to an AS or A level qualification in a subject which can open doors to a huge range of further study and professions. It seeks to explain the entirety of nature from the workings of the smallest particles which make up everything to the universe on the largest scales imaginable. On the way it will stimulate and challenge in equal measure, making you question the nature of reality around us. The subject will develop a wide range of highly transferable skills including problem solving, numeracy, creativity and resilience. The entry requirements are a minimum of a grade B at GCSE Physics or a grade A in double science. A minimum of a B grade in maths is also required.
