Traditionally, the subject matter is divided into three sections: Physical, Inorganic and Organic. However, the Salters course integrates the Physical Chemistry into the ten modules. This means consideration of the mathematical laws, models and principles and instrumental methods, is clearly related to real-life applied case studies. Practical work is covered throughout the course and will be assessed in two exams in the summer.
