Broadcast Media aims to give students a broad understanding of several different areas of the media industry in a practical and creative Level 3 Extended Diploma. This course is ideal for those interested in studying media, but are not sure of a specific pathway and want to take a multi-skilled approach to learning about the industry. On the course you will learn how to film and edit a short film using high end media resources. You will work in our radio studio, learning how to mix and record your own radio broadcasts. You will learn how to create digital images, design your own magazine and alongside this will study media theory which give you an understanding of how the media industry sector operates.
