A subtle approach to postures; where the emphasis lies in the way of doing rather than on the being done. Based on teaching developed by Vanda Scaravelli (Awakening the Spine) Following on from the foundation year, this year offers students the opportunity, in a safe and supportive learning environment, to develop professionally. Developing and adding to skills as a yoga teacher, cultivating a reflective and responsive approach in teaching.
