UPDATED 20160202 07:57:44

The 'project model' basis of this programme requires students to research, propose and execute a body of work relevant to their sector. This is managed through subject specialist input and guidance relating to the assessment components for the Professional Development/Project Preparation and Work Based Project modules. Business skills and continuing professional development pertinent to freelance and micro business operation will underpin the student's activities within the Personal Development/Project Preparation and Professional Practice modules. To support this module a 'Business for Creative Industries' programme is delivered which seeks to develop business skills and future strategies to enhance commercial viability. Critical engagement with key practice and theory is delivered through the Creative and Critical Enquiry module. The programme aims to produce graduates able to create and market their own work, contributing to the future shape of the Creative Industries
