This course provides you with skills within the three disciplines of dance, acting and singing. It provides you with the opportunity to develop skills in creativity and performance, technical skills, audition preparation and professional training for each discipline as well as opportunities to see professional work in the theatre. The units you will study include; Performance Workshop, Performing to an Audience, Musical Theatre Performance, Developing Your Voice for Acting, Principles of Acting, Singing Skills for Actors and Dancers, Dance Performance, Choreography of Dance, Jazz Dance, Rehearsing for Performance, Classical Theatre Performance, Auditions for Actors, Applying Acting Styles, Applying Contemporary Dance Technique, Voice and the Actor, Maths and English.
