Business covers all aspects of business organisations. We will show you how businesses tackle a range of issues such as marketing, entrepreneurial skills and business objectives. We will also consider how businesses motivate their workforce and how a business is financed. Knowledge of businesses will be through case studies relating topics to the corporate world. Contemporary business events will be discussed to understand how the broader economic environment impacts on the business sector. A key aspect of the course is to apply theory to practice, producing realistic and feasible outcomes using problem solving techniques.
