The course is designed to introduce trainees to the preparation and cooking of food to a professional standard, which will prepare the way for a career in the catering industry. You would be taking 14 units within the Level 2 Diploma and also a Level 2 Patisserie qualification, each typically with practical sessions and supported with underpinning knowledge lectures, plus tutorials.
