Apprenticeships are work based learning qualifications. Apprenticeships include a combination of the following elements. A work based competency qualification such as an NVQ A technical qualification relevant to the specific Apprenticeship Functional Skills qualifications in Maths English and ICT or equivalent as appropriate Personal Learning and Thinking Skills Employee Rights and Responsibilities On the job and off the job training The competency qualification in this Apprenticeship is the Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Sales NVQ Mandatory Units. Negotiating Handling Objections and closing Sales Complying with Legal Regulatory and Ethical Requirements in a Sales or Marketing Role Optional Units. In addition to the NVQ mandatory units further units will be selected to meet the needs of the employer and learner. The mandatory and optional units are credit based and will make up the full competency qualification
