Wine Tasting - Next Steps

This course will build on the knowledge from the Introduction to Wine Tasting Course. It willl introduce students to a more sophisticated appreciation of wine by taking the systematic approach to a deeper level. A broad range of wine styles and regions from around the world will be covered beyond the classic styles and regions. Some production methods will be explained to build the students understanding of the different wine styles. The course is not for total beginners. If in doubt, please ask to speak to the tutor.
