This is a course where you will learn about biological principles through carrying out a wide range of experiments. You will carry out a range of investigative activities including photosynthesis, respiration, fieldwork at a variety of locations including seashore, woodland and ponds, breeding of fruit flies and genetic engineering. You will be able to analyse and interpret data you have collected and have an appreciation of the work of professional biologists
