You will gain an internationally recognised qualification that enables you to demonstrate your competence in computer skills. ECDL Extra is specifically designed so that you can gain a recognised qualification, develop your IT skills and enhance your career prospects. There will be 4 online assessments, covering:, Word-processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Productivity Using IT , , You will need access to a computer outside class time, as homework and self-study will be an essential part of the course. This course is for students looking to improve their existing IT skills or build on previous qualifications. You will need good keyboard and mouse skills to undertake this level of study. Please note that you should be able to follow spoken and written instructions, read handouts/exercises and take part in group discussions.
