Bootcamp courses contain a mixture of cardio vasular, muscle toning, strength and flexibity exercises. The style will be of the army training style but will take account of mixed abilities. The class will take place outdoors in Tonbridge parkland, rain or shine., , This is a medium to high impact cardiovascular and body toning class, using exercises to increase fitness and flexibility. Includes standing and floor-based strength and flexibility exercises., , You will need to be able to follow verbal instructions, observe and copy physical movements and be mobile enough to at least jog.. By the end of this course you should be able to:, - Locate muscle groups, . Know your limits and how to extend them, - Practise cardiovascular moves, - Exercise independently with minimal guidance, - Identify specific exercises for personal use outside of the class. , - Recount at least three ways in which exercises can benefit health and wellbeing throughout various life stages., , To assist us in providing a safe and healthy environment for you to exercise you will be asked to complete a Confidential Health Questionnaire.
