This course has a mixture of practical and theory based units covering a wide range of advanced administration topics. You will study: - Producing complex business documents, - Supporting recruitment and selection procedures, - Understanding functions and roles within a business environment, - Verbal communication, - Supporting business meetings, - Organising business events, - Reviewing and developing office procedures and legislation affecting businesses. You will develop your ICT skills by studying text production and word processing and finally to put everything you have studied into practice, you'll undertake two weeks' work experience.
