Jazz and Big Band Drumming

An opportunity for drummers to improve their playing and understanding of the jazz idiom on the drum-kit. This course will cover time playing, comping, soloing, brushes, style analysis and some specific lessons on reading and interpreting a big band part. Ideal for intermediate players wanting to join a jazz ensemble or a Big Band.
