Developing relationships on the phone and face to face with companies and customers to offer a valued service that any client can appreciate. The OCR Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service is for candidates who will be delivering and managing service and will be accountable in the area of practice. Candidates will be working without direct supervisions or on their own, such as in a commercial customer service environment. This qualification is approved by the CfA as an essential component of the SASE and SASW compliant Apprenticeship frameworks for Customer Service. Benefits All units are based on the national occupational standards for customer service. Candidates have the opportunity for both full qualification and unit certification. All units have been assigned a level and a credit value.
