In this class you will build on your cooking skills to prepare and produce more complex food dishes including vegetable and meat dishes, baking cakes and bread etc. This is a practical course and you will be preparing food for real customers. You will also learn the theory and build up your evidence to produce a folder which will lead to a recognised qualification.
