You'll learn key skills within the professional cookery industry such as larder, pastry, baking, and butchery along with general cookery and kitchen skills. You will also learn skills related to front of house services and the basics of running a kitchen environment. You can look forward to the opportunity to work with top Chefs and gain real work experience in our College restaurant and refectory. This Study Programme will include English and Maths at an appropriate level, and it will support the development of skills towards employability and suitability to progress onto the next level of study.
