Course enables learners to experience a range of relaxation techniques that prevent muscle tension and reduce stress; breathing techniques that increase lung capacity; and a variety of stretches, balances, sequences and movements that increase flexibility in joints and muscles, prevent stiffness, improve strength, muscle tone, and co-ordination.
