Access To HE Dip Sports Science

UPDATED 20151208 14:53:21

This is a one-year intensive course designed to give mature students (19+) the knowledge required to progress onto a Sports-related degree in Higher Education. This one-year course accredited by LASER is ideal for mature applicants (19+) wishing to consider long term career opportunities within this emerging sector where Level 3 qualifications are required. You need to be self-motivated and committed, with an aptitude to study academic subjects at advanced level. Students are expected to self-study for a minimum of 10 extra hours a week to cope with the workload. You need to carefully consider your long-term career goals and consider what skills you have gained outside of education. Many universities will be asking you for high grades in your work and you need to be sure these are achievable. You should research university courses very carefully to make sure you have what they are looking for: you will be applying for a university place within a few weeks of starting the Access course! It is recommended that you research your preferred career pathway very carefully before starting your Level 3 studies. - See more at: http://www.bromley.ac.uk/courses/access-to-he-diploma-level-3-sport/#sthash.OsaG9ndp.dpuf
