Name: Cuban Salsa Dance: Improver/Advanced Qualification title: Non regulated Community Learning provision, Performing Arts Qualification type: Assessment The class will always start with a warm up, followed by work in line to introduce new steps or revise them before practising in couples.students will then be taught new couple combinations which will then be revised in La Rueda (the choreographed circle dance). There will be time for free dance in couples to improve fluency, leading and following skills. The teaching methods will include demonstration, practice, change of partners, questions and answers, handouts, observation and correction. Routines available on the College intranet for revision.
