Many elite level coaches have said sport is 70% mental. Understanding what makes an athlete do sport is the key to improving performance. This course will explore the areas of athlete motivation, personality, needs and environment. You will also look at how to improve focus, develop confidence and concentration whils reducing anxiety and stress. This course is designed for those that have no prior knowledge of sport psychology but have a keen interest or participation in sport.
