The aim of the Framework is to contribute towards meeting the recruitment and retention issues faced by the sector in England and to encourage more entrants into the Youth Work sector, including those from minority groups. As an apprentice in the youth work sector, you will be delivering youth and community support work in local and area projects or helping to run arts-based activities, community/environment projects, residential activities, outdoor education and sporting activities.
