Name: Chemistry GCSE (AQA) Qualification title: Chemistry GCSE (AQA) Qualification type: GCSE or equivalent Assessment Examinations- Students sit examinations in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. There are two levels: Foundation and Higher. It is possible to be awarded grades G to C in the Foundation level and grades D to A* in the Higher level. Examinations count for 75% of the final grade in Additional Science and 35% in Applied Science. Practical Skills- Students are awarded marks for the practical skills they show during practical lessons, and also complete practical assignments.
