T'ai Chi is an ancient oriental art that over time helps revitalise mind, body and spirit through the learning and practice of the form. This is a series of gentle but powerful energy exercises suitable for all. With individual support as needed, from an experienced tutor, you will begin to feel improvement in muscle tone and general flexibility.Course aim: an introduction to gentle but powerful exercises to revitalise mind, body and spirit- A variety of exercises to develop balance, body awareness and mental focus- An introduction to one of the forms ( set sequences of movements performed slowly with precision)Exercises are repeated frequently to consolidate learning and improve performance skills.
