There will be plenty of opportunities for guided practice and there will be time to reflect on ways that you may unknowingly be adding to your own stress. Learning to notice accept and let go of harmful and unnecessary thoughts feelings and sensations will help you to be more Mindful and allow you to live more fully in the present moment.
