Kettlercise

This 10 week 'Kettlercise' course in Sittingbourne will enable students to use kettlebells to exercise and improve their health and fitness. This course is a mixed ability class; suitable for beginners, more experienced and advanced students. This 'Kettlercise' course is aimed at anyone interested in exercise, keep fit and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

Entry requirements

You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or a dress are not suitable for this activity. You will be exercising in socks or bare feet. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. Students can bring a mat to work on and may wish to bring a towel.
